Scenic World is in a park like setting on the outskirts of Katoomba, a mountain village about two hours by rail or road from Sydney.
It has been owned and operated by the Hammon Family for three generations and has become one of the must see places in Australia's Blue Mountains, a World Heritage-listed area.
Scenic World sits on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the Jamison Valley and offers a range of experiences that can be found nowhere else in the world. These include the world's steepest railway, a spectacular cableway, a glass-floored skyway and a boardwalk through an ancient rainforest. It's a safe adventure for the entire family.
Scenic World is open every day of the year - including Christmas Day - from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
While here, visit our Souvenir Shop and have a meal in one of the on site eateries.
