Dinosaur Valley has arrived at Scenic World

Millions of years ago, dinosaurs ruled the earth. Now they’re back at Scenic World this summer.

Dinosaur Valley is bringing the ancient rainforest to life with prehistoric dinosaurs from November 1 – January 28, showcasing dinos like never before among Scenic World’s pristine Jurassic rainforest.

Marking the first event of its kind in the Blue Mountains, Dinosaur Valley takes visitors on a journey through time to experience dinosaurs in new and exciting ways among their natural environment.

Whether you’re a nature lover or a seasoned dino fan, there’s something for everyone. Catch a T-rex in action, see a migrating triceratops family make their way through the valley, and meet Dinosaur Rangers who love nothing more than sharing their knowledge with visitors from near and far.

Kick off the adventure onboard the world’s steepest railway and make your way into the ancient rainforest where you will learn more about the lifecycle of dinosaurs in the hatchery.

Continue the fun as you step into Dinosaur Valley and meet over 20 prehistoric dinosaurs which have moved in for the summer. See your favourite dinosaurs in action as you stroll along the Scenic Walkway and meet Ringo the Raptor and Barbara the baby triceratops up close during daily interactive events.

The kids will enjoy interacting with their favourite dino friends with a free Junior Ranger Trail Guide, and visitors of all ages can continue the fun at home with Junior Ranger Packs complete with essentials such as binoculars, a stainless steel canteen and a reusable canvas bag.

Explore the valley at your own pace with all day access on Scenic World’s rides and attractions, including the Scenic Railway, Scenic Skyway and the Scenic Cableway, and treat your tastebuds with a range of dino meal deals on offer at EATS270.

Free movie nights and after hours events will also provide the perfect excuse to extend your stay, with a range of exclusive accommodation packages available at leading hotels and resorts.

Dinosaur Valley is free with entry to Scenic World and online earlybird specials apply for entry before 10am during the school holidays.

Tickets are priced from $39 for adults, $21 for children under 14 years and $99 for a family pass including entry for two adults and up to five children.
